I am a cinematographer and photographer in the Los Angeles area. My work focuses on portraying human emotion and storytelling. Born and raised by artists in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, I spent my years creating and studying different artistic mediums. Besides photography, I have a fondness for cooking, painting, and sculpting.
I first discovered my passion behind a camera when I was 11. After school I would accompany my mother to her college where she worked in the darkroom on her photography assignments. I asked to borrow her camera, and from there I was hooked. It was at this age that I began learning photoshop and spent my days online teaching myself the ways around a camera. This is where I began to experiment with film, digital, and video.
Fast forward 7 years and I am attending college at Eastern New Mexico University for Digital Filmmaking. I learned that I have a love for collaboration and team projects. Here I honed in my skills behind the camera, and found a passion for lighting. I graduated with my bachelor's degree in the spring of 2020.
